Communications Policy


Short version

Please be respectful to those people whose job it is to help you. They will bend over backwards to make you happy.


Long version

Our support desk staff have the right to work in an environment free from verbal abuse and harassment. T-Shirt Foundry takes a zero-tolerance approach to aggressive communication of any kind.

If your ticket:-

 - contains foul language

 - is agressive

 - is rude

then we will reply with a link to this policy to allow you to update your ticket.

If you don't update your ticket then we will close it also with a link to this policy and we will not answer your question.

You will then have to submit a new ticket in line with this policy.
