Already logged in / Logged in somewhere else?


Logging in

Firstly, if you placed an order through the 30 second checkout, it is not possible to log into the site to track your order, as this would require creating an account.

If you used the full basket and you are trying to log in you may experience the following error message:

"You are logged on to another computer and can't log in here too."

This can be due to:-

  1. Closing your browser window without logging out
  2. Change of IP address (common with home connections)

The best thing to do is wait for 60 minutes and try again as then your account will time out. If it's urgent, try the following:-

  1. Visit
  2. Try to log in again.

If that doesn't work then call us and we can reset your account.

If we are not open, remember the account will time out after 60 minutes of inactivity.
